Helpppp !!

I was on the implant for about a year before I came off it roughly a year ago... I never got my period whilst I was on it and since being off it I’ve only had 2/3 odd periods where they’re literally just spotting... me and my partner have been ttc ever since I have been off it but since I don’t get a period is it even possible? It’s seriously stressing me out incase I’m infertile and I won’t go to the doctors to find out as I’m still young and dont want my doctor I go to for depression to find out as he will try talk me out of it. (I’m 18, partners in a secure job and we have a home together). I’m not sure if it’s still possible to conceive or if anyone’s been through something similar ? I used to have normal periods before I went on the implant and now I never get them. For the past month I’ve experienced really sore nipples/breasts, slight cramping, drastic changes in moods, light headedness, headaches, nausea, cravings for milk and Mac and cheese ( I hate them both)... whilst I was tidying today I found a pt I took a few weeks ago and it has a faint positive... I’m not sure if I could be pregnant? Or if it’s not possible since I don’t get my period... sorry this is long please help or at least share your experiences
