Hey ladies! Just looking for some insight

I am now 15 days late for AF . I am experiencing nausea, extremely sore boobs, very emotional, heart burn and exhaustion. I tested at 9 days and I got a negative. Wondering if this has happened to anyone and they ended up testing positive?! I'm going to test again just to be sure. I'm not feeling stressed about TTC so I can't see my period not coming due to that. 🤷🏼‍♀️
