Anyone have PCOS and literally have no symptoms (that you know of)? I have a regular cycle 30-31 days. Periods last about 6 days, heavy flow for the first couple of days then lighter towards the end. I usually get pretty bad cramps the first 2-3 days but then fairly mild after that. I have been tracking my ovulation for the passed 6 months and only ever get a positive OPK on cycle day 16 or 17. I just had an US today of my ovaries and it looks like I have a bunch of follicles, more than normal. The tech mentioned PCOS, but also stated that it looked like I did ovulate recently so she wasn’t sure. I have been looking up all the symptoms of PCOS and am driving myself crazy trying to figure out if I have it. I have an appointment with my dr next week. I just need some insight before then to keep my sanity!!!!
