Sweep on the 25th, due date !! Did it work for you?

Question

I’m due on Sunday and have been booked in for a sweep! Last app was 14th and baby was 4/5 engaged no idea about dilation as I wasn’t checked, did the sweep work for you?

didnt work for me. just caused me period pain for 3 days and nights and bleeding and no baby. im due 26th. ive declined any further sweeps my section is booked for 6th april as refusing another induction. hope it works for you. i think they work best if your cervix is low and soft and open

I had mine done today. midwife said my cervix is really really low n open. baby is engaged but am 2cm. Hope it work out coz I can't stand d pain anymore. I have severe SPD I can't even walk. so it really difficult for me. But since my sweep I have lot of BH. so hoping I will meet my baby gal by tomorrow. due date is March 25th. good luck to us all
