so for the past maybe half hour I've been having terrible pain in my right lower abdomen, about where my right ovary is, and it wont stop. its a sharp stabbing pain that wont dull. it gets worse if I move around or try to stand/lay straight. its so bad ive been crying. what should I do? idk if its relavant or not but my last "period" was 3 days, mine usually last about 9, and it wasn't actual blood it was this black goop and didnt smell like a period it smelled kinda sweet. anyone know what's wrong?
