Bring my dog from US to Germany
So I already moved to Germany but I didn’t have time to bring my dog when I first left and I don’t have the money to make a trip to get her. My sister is coming over this summer. My dog has everything she needs to live in Germany other than the heath certificate you get 10 days before you leave.
My question is can my sister bring my dog with her when she comes over or does it have to be me since I’m the owner??
