Could my 13 year old have PCOS or something else??

I know my 13 year old really could have PCOS as I myself was diagnosed about 10 years ago with it. My concern is, is it really that or could it be something else? She’s been having periods for 2 1/2 years now and they have NEVER been regular and the cramps seem to be getting worse as well as much heavier flow and she also has diarrhea every time. This time around the poor girl hasn’t had much of an appetite and really heavy flow so bad that she had to get up and wash sheets on her bed really earlier the other morning. She has ache that just seems to have gotten worse too and I know a lot of those are PCOS symptoms but is it also possible there could be some other problem like endometriosis? Just asking for a few opinions/insights from you ladies. Thanks in advance!
