Please I need some advice. I was in the kitchen recently and slipped on the floor (dog toy in the kitchen ugh) and fell super hard onto my back and left arm. I immediately started hysterically crying. I’m having a lot of pain on my left side, arm, and back and I’m currently out of the city where my obgyn is located. I keep reading it should be fine but I keep worrying that this could cause trauma. Has this happened to anyone before? I’m so incredibly worried....
