Period with little to no blood?

So I was on birth control since I was 16 to 6 months ago. Virtually 10 years. I got put on it for periods that lasted 2 weeks and extremely heavy. I tried getting off of it but I would get periods for months at a time. Keep in mind I have endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, polyps and more. Ive had three laparoscopic surgeries. Does anyone else have the cramping, two days of spotting, and virtually no bleeding? I’m on day 4 and I’m having horrible cramps and no bleeding (except the spotting the first two days). I’ve taken pregnancy tests and I’m not pregnant. This is the second month like this.
