Help me mamma’s 🙏🏻

Hi ladies I found my bfp on two days before ..I don’t know how many weeks am because I have irregular cycle .so I went to doctor today to confirm my pregnancy ..but in vagina test nothing appeared so doctor told me that may be false positive and after she recommend me for blood test ..blood test comes positive ..and it’s ranges like 3900 ...please tell me is that okay ..anyone have this experience kindly share with me 😔
