How often do/did you give you baby pain relieving medication for teething?

If I can tell it's really, really bothering him, I will give some. He's working on 11 and 12 now and there have been less than 5 times total with all his teeth that he's needed it. I don't do orajel.

Only once a day if it's a really bad day for her

I said 1-3 times per week but it's usually only 1 or 2 weeks of any given month. nighttime is the worst for pain but I only tend to give one dose per night for 2 or 3 days and reassess the pain level. I will also give Motrin if her bum is red and sore bc she tends to get a rash just before the teeth cut through and the Motrin helps the inflammation. (only use for 6 month and up though, some mamas don't know that)  molars are no joke though. with the snow storms all this month, I had to make sure we had a full bottle handy! and we usually don't need it at all during the day, we just stay busy and distracted 😊

I’ve only given Tylenol a hand full of times. That’s when she’s crying so hard and can’t sleep because of it. :( poor babe

Only when absolutely necessary. Our 9 month old is currently cutting 6 teeth so currently she gets Tylenol every night at bedtime and sometimes at nap time if needed. But most days, we really just cycle through her frozen teethers and organic teething gel. I also keep her distracted throughout the day as well by taking her to the park or the beach or whatever it may be. It helps a ton.

My LO isn’t really bothered by teething. She just chews on everything! Never really extra fussy or anything. So we’ve never have any kind of medicine. 
I heard that Orajel isn’t good for there gums. Makes them harder to break the teeth through. But I don’t know if it’s true or not. 🤷‍♀️

Pain medication as in orajel? I gave it to him once or twice 
But I’ve given Tylenol to him a couple of times because of his fevers
