What’s wrong with my body???!!

Hello everyone, i have a history of small cyst no bigger than 4.5cm... last ultra sound showed that it was gone (7months ago) I just had my AF 3/7-3/11... my husband and i were bd and he notice blood on him... so we stopped and i seen no more spotting, the following day i went to pee and wipe and there was blood, non in the toilet or in my underwear, just went i wiped... so i went to Er and they said oh it’s nothing maybe mid cycle my cycle is changing... (following day) so i just went to the restroom and there are blood clots! What should i do? Put a pad on and treat it like a period or go to another Er?
