I don’t understand Please help me 😭💔

I haven’t had any af symptoms at all and was late took four different tests and three were positive and one was negative and still no period my next step was to get blood work but my and my fiancé had sex last night and after when I went to pee I was spotting and it was a pale red than this morning I still was but it was a very light pink but then when I just went to pee it’s back to being pale red and there’s a little bit more but not enough to put a tampon in and it’s not getting any heavier. Do you think it’s just my period being late or? I’m so confused and just wanna give up I’ve logged and tracked and prayed and cried and I just don’t know what to do anymore please help me 😭
