kinda scared

so, my son will be 4 years old this year. After he was born, I had the marina implanted. about 2 years later, I had it taken out so that I could try for another baby. Ever since I had it taken out, every time my husband and I have sex, I always start bleeding while we are having sex. Then after we get done, I wash myself up and i stop bleeding like 10mins after we stop..... I'm kinda scared and a little embarrassed.... can anybody help me?
