To send or not to send...

So, I’m dating this guy and we’ve already told each other that we love the other. I’m more experienced sexually, but we’ve mutually decided that we want to take the next step. I asked him for nudes and he told me that it makes him uncomfortable. But, he’s asked me for nudes before... (I haven’t sent) I don’t know how to react.
