What do your babies like to eat?

My little girl is almost 10 months and seems to be losing interest in her baby food, but will eat adult food all day. I need ideas for meal times. What are some yummy favorites your babies really enjoy?

My son eats anything I eat. In the morning I usually make him pancakes. If I don’t feel like doing that I feed him eggs, turkey bacon, and hash browns or toast. For lunch I’ve fed him chicken, rice, Ground Beef, Spanish rice, cheese. Literally anything he can grab and put into his mouth I feed him. The only thing babies can’t have at this age are honey and maple syrup. So anything you can cut into pieces, shred, or anything your baby can feed to them self is fine. Just make sure you’re giving your baby a lot of healthy options. I wouldn’t give processed foods too much.

My daughter loves shredded cheese and avocado. But she’ll eat most things we eat. I bought a bag of raw broccoli slaw the other day and steamed it, she loves that. She eats eggs, toast with pb. I try whatever I am eating and usually, she’ll eat it.

Our daughter loves strawberries, rice, pasta, bananas, banana bread, scrambled eggs, pancakes, avocado, steamed veggies, toast, chicken, crackers, cheese, blueberries, mango, sweet potatoes, etc. She really just eats whatever we're eating for the most part.
