I have GD and its managed by diet. Ive had a couple of high spikes but nothing to worry about. Guidelines here are you are induced at 39 weeks with GD and if your scan at 35 weeks indicates a large baby then 38 weeks youre induced. So... I had my scan and baby is 6lb 2oz at 35 weeks 3 days. His head is at the 65th %, his tummy is at 57th % and length is 89th%. I find out on the 5th whether ill be induced at 38 or 39 weeks but the OB said it all depends on this scan ive just had. Just for fun, do you think they'll say those percentages and 6lb 2oz at 35 weeks is "large" and induce at 38 weeks or have me go until 39 weeks?
