Hemorrhoids 😒

Okay ladies so I am 29 years old and 22 weeks pregnant, and randomly outta the blue, my bum hole decided it would be a good idea to sprout a hemorrhoid or a couple... not sure exactly. All I know is the terror looks scary 😐 I’ve been limping around the house for the past 3 days with no relief from epsom salt bath, rX hemorrhoid cream, suppositories and now this thing has become thrombic (meaning it has a visible blood clot that won’t be re-absorbing anytime soon)

This has become increasingly painful, has anyone had issues like this before and had it resolved before end of pregnancy? Any experiences with banding, surgery?

This is our 4th and final baby and I have to have a c section in mid July. I don’t think I can deal with this new little addition until the end of pregnancy and past healing of a c-section.
