I’m 14 days late

I took a test 5 days after my period suppose to come and it’s negative. Now I’m irregular very irregular and my periods sometimes can last 2 weeks. Heavy throughout the whole entire times. I was diagnosed with endometriosis back in 2010 had a DNC performed and everything went well now 8 years later I fear it’s coming back. I have a doctors appointment April 10th please pray for me really don’t want a 2nd surgery. I’ve been trying for 6 years 6 long years. My husband always look disappointed when my period comes or the news of someone else getting pregnant. We are in our late 20s and 30s. I’m doing all that I can to get pregnant. Help help
