The bigger girlfriend

so I'm the first Polynesian my Bf has ever dated and a tall girl as well. he's from Utah and I'm from Hawaii and we've been going out for 9 months. I'm 6ft and he's 6'3. I'm also a lot bigger conpared to his friends and their girlfriends. I'm really insecure around his friends because they're faces almost looks like they have fear in their eyes when I come by. I'm literally taller then all his bros and thicker than they are. I just get nervous around his family. I've always been bigger than all my friends and I just feel like a big giant and just not normal. I just feel like I could8 be mistaken for a guy sometimes and it hurts going to function with all his friends and his girls so I make an excuse to not go. I've always struggled with my body and my biggest fear is that it will cause him to leave or he finds it unattractive below is me and my Bf and another one is example of me by his friend and girlfriend. I just don't know what to think or do anymore...
