How heavy is too heavy?
Hello! I have SUPER HEAVY periods, and always have, but lately I’ve been wondering how heavy is too heavy? I’m a dancer, so when I bleed through something I can’t hide it too well. In the span of about 3 hours I managed to bleed through a tampon, pantyliner, underwear, tights, leotard, and spandex shorts. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else?
