Charley horse...

I’ve woke up out of dead sleep screaming bloody murder for the past two nights due to the WORST charley horse. 😭 I’ve read into it and it’s normal during second and third trimester but any tricks or advice would be greatly appreciated because my calves can’t take anymore! HELP.
