Ave sex every second day, quit caffeine and start taking a preconception (or prenatal) vitamin. There’s not a whole lot you can do other than that. For most healthy couples they’ll conceive within a year. :)

I felt like tracking ovulation would be a waste if we’re already having sex there was really no need to know exactly when I’m ovulating. We just had sex every other day/every two days for 3 weeks. (3 weeks to make sure we covered ovulation) and we conceived our first month
