Someone that can please answer

nobody every replies on here but here it goes. My son has been crying for over 30 minutes. Idk what happened everything was ok up,until when he drained my boob out and he was still hungry so I fed him 2 is ok breast milk,from the bottle. He takes it really well but I hardly ever give it to him. After that he just started crying non stop and just now barely tell asleep. But most lilely he'll be up in,about 5 mins because he's done it already like 15 mins ago. What do I do ? I dont think hes hungry because he keeps burping and he cries and screams when I try to give him the breast. He's 7 weeks. (edit: hes up crying again)
