Tummy Sleeping
My pediatrician recommended I put my baby girl (2 months old next week) to sleep on her stomach in her crib at night since she has reflux and spits up a lot. He said this will help take the pressure off of her stomach so she won’t spit up as much. I know this is the number one thing everyone says not to do to prevent SIDS so I’m very skeptical. Does anyone’s LO sleep on their stomach at night??
