TTC for 27 months. Just completed my second round of letrozole pills. Last month on 2.5 mg, blood test showed no ovulation. This month I took 5 mg, got my blood test on Friday (day 21) and I OVULATED! We did BD Days 10,13,14. So 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 I just feel so jaded because I’m so used to negative test results. Never an LH surge, never a positive HCG, when I opened up MyCharts results and saw the number I was truly shocked!!
