I'm new to this but since you ovulated yesterday I think it's highly unlikely :( the egg only lives for 24 hours usually and it takes sperm around that time to reach the egg. So your egg will die by the time the sperm start their journey to it :( best chances are when sperm are already waiting in fallopian toobs when a new egg is released. If you do mannage to catch the tail end of your eggs life somehow though you may be more likely to have twins as older eggs may be more likely to divide into 2 separate babies!
