Desperately need sleep. 😔
I’m 14 weeks pregnant tomorrow and for close to a month now I have been waking up every half hour to an hour during the night... EVERY night. Are their any sleep aids safe during pregnancy? I’ve never experienced this with my boys and it is exhausting!
