On a 3rd or more pregnancy and NOT feeling movement?

Multiple loss mom searching for reassurance.

At my appointment 2 weeks ago she couldn’t find the heartbeat with doppler but followed up with ultrasound and said baby was fine. But when she asked if I’ve felt anything I said no and was like “here we go again” and now 2 weeks later still not feeling anything. Anyone else feel anything, if you do is it a lot of movement or a couple a day? Let me know 😑
