any other moms out there have slow Rising HCG levels and spotting?

I've been spotting brown since a couple days after I found out I was pregnant who's been following my HCG levels pretty regularly since the 9th of March.

they were 40 on the 9th

113.9 on the 12th

204.9 on the 14th

307.1 on the 15th

380.1 on the 17th

994.2 on the 21st

1192.1 on the 23rd

I do have an infection that I just took antibiotics for could that be a cause of spotting they are worried about ectopic but I just need some hope here
