Yellow discharge

My period is late for 4 days. Was so positive and thought of waiting for a week to test. Today i started my morning with a yellow discharge. What a shame. It had some blood in it. But only when I wiped myself with a tissue. It’s not continuous though.

Can implantation bleeding or discharge be yellowish?
