Prolactin tumor?

So I had two missed miscarriages and started going to a fertility specialist to see what’s going on. He made me do routine blood tests and noticed my prolactin levels are pretty high so he wants to do an MRI on my head bc apparently there’s like a noncancerous tumor that sits on my pituitary gland which makes me overproduce the hormone which could be causing the miscarriages. Has anyone had this or gone through this before and has it been resolved and lead to a healthy full term pregnancy?
