Preganant after miscarriage
Hi all.
So I just found out I’m pregnant again after my first miscarriage. This is my second pregnancy. I am pretty active and run at least three times a week for 4 miles plus strength training. I am wondering if any ladies out their continued to workout with susbsequent pregnancies following miscarriage. I am pretty nervous but I want to remain active to stay healthy- plus running relieves anxiety for me. Any advice or thoughts? I plan to speak to my OB as well but would like other opinions.
