GLOW FAMILY HELP.... who has/had polyps??!!!

Question

so my husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years and realized something may be wrong. we both started to do tests and he is more than fine and so am I, except..... they found a small polyp in my uterus that is preventing us from conceiving ..... has anyone gone through this? had anyone ever had a miscarriage because of this??
I'm scared and am worried that if I get pregnant before I have the polyp removed... how high are the chances of have a miscarriage?? GLOW FAMILY HELP!!!

I’ve had three. I had the first two polypectomies because they were causing random spotting and pain, then after we were TTC for six months we found the third one. We did IVF after three failed IUIs mostly because we didn’t know how fast another one would grow back (it was about two years between each of those surgeries, but don’t know exactly when the new growth began). 
Not really a big deal, Drs say it’s kind of the same as having a skin tag, it just happens to be inside the uterus. Some women are just prone to them. It can prevent implantation, I don’t know if it can cause miscarriage. I would guess maybe there’s a small risk? I now forget the original question. If you’re not pregnant yet, it’s worth removing it. If you are, don’t worry about it. Obviously it wasn’t somewhere that it stopped you from conceiving in the first place.
