Partner on weed

Hay so wanted to talk to people about my partner being addicted to weed and having kids with me he treats me like shot when he doesn’t have it and brings up shit from the past he doesn’t interact with children. When I don’t give him money he starts saying I’m a slag and says he won’t leave my property and if he does he forcefully takes my phone of me and says he taking it with him what should I do call the police? He supports me and kids financially and I’m scared 😟
