I'm 37 weeks 4 days and i just had sex like 2 hours ago. I've had some back pain early today and after sex i had some cramps in my lower belly so i went to sleep and now the pain in my lower back is worse plus I have pain in my lower belly and hips, feels like the pain is making its way down the back of my thighs. My belly isnt getting tight but I've heard of back contractions. I just went to my ob Friday and they said I'm 1.5 cm and 60% effaced and the baby is still at -2 station. Could I just be hurting this bad from the sex? I wouldn't say its unbearable pain but its to a point that i don't want to move bc it hurts more to move. FTM btw any advice or experiences are appreciated.
