Hip pain?

Question

I’m 24 weeks and with each passing night my hip pain while sleeping is only getting worse. I sleep with a snoogle (I lay on my side and wrap it between my legs) and it does absolutely nothing. Any other suggestions for helping with the pain ? The pain is so intense it wakes me out of my sleep which is frustrating.

I'm 25 weeks and am the same. I have a big pregnancy pillow that I use to put between my legs and under my belly. There's no relief and I feel like I'm flipping sides every 30 min at night because it starts to hurt so bad.

My hip pain started about 10 weeks and hasn’t gotten any better! My hips hurt when I walk a lot and when I lay down!

Oh the hip pain is sooo ugly. I find that elevating my legs just a tiny bit more helps. I have a flat, firm pillow and a medium, fluffy one and I have to sort of tilt my hip down, like stretch it out and that seems to help for short periods at a time but I am constantly flipping from left to right all night. My hips sure havent gotten better at 29 weeks but stretching does alleviate some pain for me. I hope yours gets better. Good luck.
