Help me please

So during ovulation I was spotting .. not even for a day.. my period is not due until the 31 but today I started having weird pains or cramps and there was blood in my panties.. I’ve read on implantation bleeding but I’m still not sure ! I have an apt with my OB on Wednesday but I wanted to know some of your thoughts or expertise.. thanks !!
