I’m a student in college and I’ve been seeing someone that is a senior and I’m a freshman. We have sex a lot and sometimes when we are having sex I want to take a break but he keeps going even when I tell him to stop. Is this rape? I try to not think about it like this because he is actually a good person to me but I just don’t like this quality trait about him.

It is absolutely rape at any time when you say stop & he keeps going. There are men that seem so nice when everyone is around but then behind closed doors they are someone else. That’s how you know he absolutely knows what’s he doing.

Just my opinion if you have to question if it’s rape or not you should probably stop sleeping with that person before you ruin both of your lives. From what it seems like you like having sex with him but when your done your done which is your choice but to even be throwing around the word rape or thought of rape can potentially ruin his life forever. If your not comfortable having sex with him make it clear and put an end to it all together.
