Teething at 3 months?

My daughter has been more grouchy and rubs her head by her ear often also rubbing her eat too. She suck on her hand and her lips and tongue. Does this sound like teething? Also I’m a FTM so forgive me if I sound dumb lol

It could be but then again,  it could be an inner ear infection.  Babies explore with their mouths so that could be what she's doing too. Check with her ped

I'm a ftm, my baby recently had fluid in her ears she was pretty fussy but wasn't ear pulling eating less and after a couple days of medicine took her for follow up and she was teething she is only 4months and 10days so it could be both
