Tonight I have been experiencing some strong cramping pain in my lower belly to right around to my back. I’m also getting sharp pains down both my thighs as well... It hurts to walk. Ive taken panadol thinking it was just lower back pain...... I’ve had a warm shower to run the heat on my back, it hasn’t helped. I’m currently lying in bed in huge amount of pain! Tears are real. My partner is currently massaging my back as we speak....

Is this Braxton Hicks or is this the real thing?

If I get anymore worse I’ll be calling my midwife and hospital ...
