False alarm hospital visit

I am due April 24 so I am 35 weeks+5 days. Last night I went to the hospital because I was having contractions every 10-12 minutes and they told me to come in. I was only dilated 1cm and 50% effaced so they sent me home. Now they are about 5-7 minutes apart and more painful, but not the “worst pain of your life” I’ve been told to wait for 😭😣 I can’t sleep and I’m so frustrated! I don’t want her to come too early but I also don’t want to be in preterm labor forever either 😭
