Does melatonin effect the effectiveness of birth control?
Hey y’all, I just recently saw somewhere that maybe melatonin effects birth control. Apparently I read that there has been no proven studies that it does but I just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about this? I’m on the pill and have been taken it for like a month but now stopped because I read that.
