Breast feeding and birth control
What forms of birth control did you use while breast feeding? I know they’re a specific kinds you can and can’t use due to hormones and unfortunately the birth control I had before pregnancy (and my favorite birth control ever) isn’t safe to use while BF. I’d love to hear what worked and didn’t work from all you mommas
P.s. we want more children in the future, like 4-5 years.
