I am currently around 7 weeks pregnant. I have one 4 year old and I have had 2 miscarriages last year when we decided to start trying. Yesterday when I went to the bathroom and wiped the whole paper was covered in blood. I immediately started sobbing just thinking why my body was letting me down again. My mom took me to the ER where they immediately drew out blood and ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech did a transvaginal ultrasound and there was my little baby. Measuring at 6w 4d. It was so beautiful. We also got to hear the heartbeat at 161bpm. I cried because I was so scared to lose the baby. I already love him/she so much. And his big brother is always asking when he’s coming home. The doctor came in and said that everything looked good but that I’m at risk for miscarriage. Fortunately no blood since yesterday. And keeping my fingers crossed that this is my rainbow baby.
