First prenatal visit experience?

I have my first prenatal visit in 2 weeks (I’ll be approx 9 weeks) and have no idea what to expect.
What do they do in the first exam/visit? Do you usually bring your partner? Is there a pelvic exam or blood drawn? I assume ultrasound will be done, any other procedures? Thx for any insight you can give!

When I have my first midwife appointment, I remember them gathering my history ect.. checking my weight, and giving me information and stuff. Don’t think I had any bloods taken or a urine sample. 
I think it also depends on which country you’re in :)

I had my first appointment last Wednesday at 7 weeks. The first thing we did was the ultrasound, which was awesome because I don't think I could have waited any longer! My husband was with me and it was magical. We looked at the baby and they also checked my ovaries, which I wasn't expecting but made sense. Then we went into an exam room and met our doctor for a Q&A; session. When I told her I had been having some spotting, she checked my cervix and said everything looked good. I didn't know my blood type so she sent me to the lab to get it checked, and because I'm negative they gave me a RhoGAM injection. That was pretty much it, nothing too crazy! This is my first pregnancy so I had no idea what to expect going in.

My first appointment they made me do a urine test which confirmed my pregnancy. Then we went through some information about what would be happening and there was time to ask any questions.
My second appointment about 2 weeks later they did an ultrasound and a pap.

They will draw your blood, you will do a urine sample, and they will give you a Pap smear and feel your chest for any lumps. And test you for anything you may have. And confirm the pregnancy 😊.
