I just had my baby and it’s been a few days and I can not get the milk to come out I am in absolute pain I tried taking hot showers I tried isolating my boobs completely and putting them in hot water I tried to pump it out I tried to have my son suck it out I tried hot tea I tried massaging them and it works to an extent it’s just droplets I got excited and tried to pump and the droplets just stopped I’m starting to see why people do not do this it’s so much work trying to get it to come out I do not understand why I’m going through this how do I get the milk to come out
