FTM. 37 weeks tomorrow and I’ve been having irregular contractions since 2:00 today. They last from 1-2 minutes and are 3-7 minutes apart. Before they start, I can tell they’re coming bc it takes my breath away for a split second. They feel like period cramps and cramp up my back as well as my pelvic area. But they’re NOT painful enough for me to say I’m in labor. L&D; says not labor until they’re exactly 5 minutes apart. Gosh. I’m so tired of my body playing tricks on me. No mucus discharge no plug yet. Can my water just break already? My delivery doctor & hospital is 1 hour and 20 minutes away 😩
