Anyone else Cramping at 35 weeks?

Any other moms at 35 weeks experiencing what feels exactly like painful menstral cramping at the start of a period? Except it’s 2 days long, constant cramping with diarrhea cramps? Sometimes my back hurts very badly too but without a pattern and it doesn’t sound like this is Braxton Hicks?! I’m trying to drink water and on call doctor said it sounds muscular but normal but jeez this is hard to deal with! I had it all day for the baby shower now I have to go to work blah!!!
