Group b strep?

I have group b strep was tested for HIV STDS STI’s all came back negative bacterial vaginosis? Negative any vaginal infections ? Negative but i have a odor & my discharge is a mild yellowish color could this be from the group b strep? I don’t see where else it’ll come from but it’s really starting to bother me

GBS wotncause any symptoms like that. The reason they test is because if baby is infected during delivery it can be life threatening so you’ll need antibiotics.
